Rafael Cantu is a husband, father, entrepreneur, marketing professional and  sales engineer.  Together with his wife Monica and his other business partners; he has spent the last 10 years managing sales, marketing, operations, personnel and merchandising at the district, regional and national level for both start-up and established companies.

Rafael is a seasoned leader that can direct an organization in the visioning of a marketing strategy, development of an economic business case and execution of an aggressive project plan. Skilled in effective sales and marketing communications, business partnership development, team development and mentoring.

Rafael has a motivational management style with a record of building and retaining highly motivated sales teams, distributor networks and marketing representatives. Successful in identifying opportunities for accelerated growth.

I don’t just market for entrepreneurs, I am one. I may be blogging from my blackberry or conducting a webinar from my home office. I got one of my best ideas for a target market niche while on a field trip with one of my kids. It is the way I choose to live my life.
